If a withdrawal request fails, how can I retry?
To retry a withdraw order, follow these steps:
- Open the Jar app
- Click on Transactions
- Select your withdrawal transaction by clicking on ‘Filter’ and selecting transaction type as ‘Gold withdrawal’
- Select your order and click on the Retry button
